- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did not like this title company. I had to go in more than twice to sign paperwork and to turn in different cashiers checks due to errors in their paperwork. My lender had to tell them to remove a hidden $100 service fee. The young front counter staff were not polite. I had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend them.September 25, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I will never use this escrow company ever again unless the listing agent pays buyers fees. It really annoys me that listing agent think they have the right to open escrow and take it upon themselves to negotiate this for buyers. If listing agents decide to open escrows prior to negotiation I wonder if they are advising their sellers they pay buyers escrow fees? Sellers may advise listing agents to pay themselves.
